A: The service is not designed to make you feel uncomfortable. The device has pressure levels 1-10. You may choose your pressure tolerance level as you see fit.

Q: How long is the Compression Therapy service?

A: This service can range from 15 to 30 minutes. Based on therapeutic needs or purchase.

Q: Who should not use NormaTec Compression Therapy?

A: Those who have pulmonary edema, severe atherosclerosis or other ischemic vascular diseases, extreme deformity of the limbs, acute thrombophlebitis, congestive cardiac failure, deep vein thrombosis, lesions or tumors in the vicinity of application, limb infections that have not received antibiotic coverage, lymphangiosarcoma, or untreated wounds. Also, NormaTec should never be used on the area of a broken bone or fracture that has not fully healed.

Q: Am I able to use more than one attachment at the same time?

A: During a compression service, you are able to do the leg and arm attachments at the same time and the hip and arm attachments at the same time. Each attachment area is considered a separate service.
