exposing the body to temperatures

that range between –200 and –256

Using an extremely low temperature

to get a triggered response from

your body and brain.

WBC relies on the body’s natural reaction

* Frequently Asked Questions Can Be Found Here

Q: How much does Whole Body Cryotherapy cost?

A: All new customers can try it at $30.00. Inquire about our memberships for best pricing.

Q: What temperature does our chamber reach?

A: The settings are set to -175. However, temperatures may reach -200 within the session. Our chamber is very good about regulating its self back down to -175. For individuals who request otherwise or have more body mass/density, we may take temperature lower, but never surpassing -220.

Q: Can I wear my own socks and underwear inside the chamber?

A: Restrictions do apply! Men should have 100% cotton underwear, (we supply socks, gloves and underwear as needed). Women's bras must not have wire or metal to be worn inside. No sweat or moisture should not be on the body. All attire must DRY.

Q: How often should I do Whole Body Cryotherapy?

A: Everyone has different goals they want to meet, & responds differently to cryotherapy. We encourage you to get a consultation with our staff so we can personalize the answer to this question!

Q: Can you exceed the time past 3 minutes?

A: We do not recommend more time within these sub-zero temperatures than needed. Keep in mind, for the average person being at -160 degrees for at least 30 seconds is ideal for receiving benefits.

Q: Who is a great candidate for Whole Body Cryotherapy?

A: Anyone wanting the following: Manage pain & inflammation, injury recovery, enhanced performance, reduced delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), general wellness, Rheumatoid arthritis, aid within sleep & energy.
